Professional Biography
Frances Adomako, PhD received her degree in Counseling Psychology from 
Howard University and a master’s in education from
Teachers College of Columbia University. Frances completed her internship and postdoctoral training at Washington DC VA Medical Center.
She has more than 10 years of clinical experience working with diverse clients with a specialized focus on thetraumatic experiences of marginalized individuals and groups.Frances is currently providing services for individuals and couples.
Dr. Adomako provides comprehensive, high-quality psychological evaluations for both clinical and legal purposes, with a specialized focus on immigration evaluations (self-pay). She partners with attorneys to deliver clear, well-documented reports that are aligned with legal standards and submitted within clinically appropriate timelines. Evaluations are conducted with a strong emphasis on cultural competence, trauma-informed care, and diagnostic accuracy.
