FULL TIME PSYCHIATRIST: HRC Behavioral Health & Psychiatry is seeking a licensed Psychiatrist to join our thriving, multidisciplinary, mutually collaborative group practice. We have locations in Raleigh and Chapel Hill, with a strong referral base throughout North Carolina. HRC allows Psychiatrists the opportunity to build their own practice, with excellent administrative support, wonderful colleagues, comprehensive employee benefits, and strong earnings. HRC’s cloud-based EHR and phone systems have enabled our providers to seamlessly deliver telehealth services from remote locations during COVID-19. We are looking for candidates interested in building a robust practice while maintaining work life balance. Candidates having a particular practice
niche (e.g. Geriatric psychiatry), life or practice experiences with culturally diverse populations are of particular interest.

FULL TIME BUSINESS TEAM ADMINISTRATOR
Seeking candidate to join collaborative business management team for 40 person small business mental health practice.
Must be available for full time in-office work schedule at Chapel Hill, NC office location.
Responsibilities to include: Payroll, HR and Vendor contract management.
Qualifications:
College degree or relevant prior work or volunteer experience.
Position requires attention to detail, proficiency in Google suite of products and Microsoft Excel. Prior payroll experience is a plus.
Probationary period: 6 months, benefits available as described below
Start: before or by October 2024
Salary: base $45,000 upward with relevant skills and experience
