FULL TIME LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST, LCSW, LCMHC: HRC Behavioral Health & Psychiatry (www.hrc-pa.com) is seeking licensed clinicians to join our thriving, multidisciplinary, mutually collaborative group practice. We have locations in Raleigh and Chapel Hill, with a strong referral base throughout North Carolina. Candidates with experience in private practice, having a particular practice niche (e.g. child/adolescent therapy; neuropsychology; trauma; marriage and family therapy; psychological assessment), life or practice experiences with culturally diverse populations, or expertise with evidence-based therapies are of particular interest.  We also value and welcome clinicians interested in maintaining a generalist practice that serves a broad range of clients, presenting concerns, and developmental stages.

Job Description
Seeking professional hardworking and friendly medical office administrative assistant to join our team at a small behavioral health practice.

Responsibilities include:
● Appointment management to include check in, copay collection, and billing
● Maintaining current Account Receivable to assigned providers.
● Keeping accurate patient demographics and insurance information
● Answering incoming calls; providing assistance to patients in making or changing their appointment.
● Scanning of medical records, new patient paperwork, and insurance communications into our EHR.
● Completing medical records requests.

Skills: Skills should include excellent customer service and communication skills, strong computer skills, team player, and excellent organizational skills.

Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience:
● One year of medical office experience is desired.
● Athena Health experience preferred.
● Knowledge of medical claim submission and reimbursement requested.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
