Child and Adolescent Therapy
Providers
Children and adolescents may experience stress and worry, along with other types of problems similar to those experienced by adults. However, the symptoms in children and adolescents can be very different from those more commonly expressed in adults. Identifying the correct problem is important, so treatment can begin to improve home and school behavior. Services provided to children and adolescents at HRC include (but are not limited to) a comprehensive psycho-educational evaluation to determine if there is a learning (LD) or attention (ADHD) problem, individual, family, or group therapy, parent education and support, and consultation with schools.
