Dr. Mills works with adults and adolescents. He practices Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and is trained in specialty techniques for PTSD (Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy) and sleep (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia). He is also experienced with diagnostic and psychological assessment. Dr. Mills brings acceptance and a sense of humor to the therapy relationship, as well as a pragmatic focus on helping you achieve the results that matter most to you.
