Following interview and by invitation of group facilitator, Mareah Stektee, PhD
Must have completed one year of DBT Skills Training and are free from self-harm for six months and demonstrate a mastery of DBT skills. All groups continue to reinforce increasing skills of mindfulness and emotion regulation and provide ongoing support for building a life worth living.
Chapel Hill: 1st and 3rd Mondays: 4-5:30pm
Raleigh: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays: 7-8:30pm
No insurance filed, out of pocket obligation $50/session (even when absent)
