Linda Hammock, LPC, CAS
Professional Biography
Linda Hammock graduated with her master's degree in Psychological Counseling from the Adlerian Institute at Bowie State College in Maryland. She has served as Program Director for several Addiction Treatment facilities with varied target populations as well as having been in private practice for 10 years prior to joining HRC. Working in the recovery field for 25 years has given Linda a unique level of insight into the recovery process.
Linda offers services to anyone impacted by someone's substance use disorder. Her unique understanding and compassion for both addicts and the people who love them, positions her to support the whole family in their healing process. She offers assessments, designs and leads interventions, provides education, helps clients become ready for treatment, offers treatment aftercare, leads recovery support groups, provides parent coaching, as well as helping people manage their relationship with an addict. She works with both adolescents and adults. She is also available to speak publicly or provide professional training regarding addiction related topics.
