Eric Gadol, PhD

Professional Biography

Dr. Gadol received his PhD from UNC Chapel Hill and joined HRC in 2008. His primary areas of specialty are in dialectical behavior therapy for emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness, couples therapy, and Christian counseling. He also has experience in individual therapy addressing depression, anxiety, family concerns, academic concerns, and surviving sexual assault. Dr. Gadol approaches therapy collaboratively, working with clients to help them identify their strengths and learn how to use those strengths to make changes in their lives. Dr. Gadol is a member of the American Psychological Association.
