Personal Statement
I have a deep appreciation for holistic approaches in therapy as well as in my own personal self-care. I believe the balance of mind, body, and spiritual wellness is essential to health and personal growth. Health is more than the absence of illness and is defined uniquely by each person. Being allowed to be part of a patient’s journey is a true honor as a therapist.
I find my personal balance in yoga, meditation, horseback riding, reading, gardening, mindfulness, cooking, biking, music, and walking my Golden Retriever Lu.
