Personal Statement:
Since early in my career, I have been interested in how people are affected by their environments. Since the most important part our environment is usually the other people we live and work with, I have focused my career on trying to improve the relationships between people in their families and work places. Understanding and respecting the causes of conflicts and helping create processes for transforming those conflicts into satisfying resolutions has been at the heart of my professional work.
